Asado contest
Mr. Guillermo Rosso was chosen like the best “BBQ cooker” of Argentina in an event that concentrated the best participants of the specialty. 5000 people gathered from all over the country to see and/or participate in the event. The task was nothing easy, nor simple for the competitors, who has to show their abilities cooking the meat in many different amazing ways. The one who suprised them all, was a woman who reached the 3rd position as a asador (BBQ cooker) specialist. Her name: María Galeano. Congrats! 
* A reminder for everyone: Argentinian meat is from far the best in the world! No wonder then that this contest must be something for the locals

i haven’t yet to try the best argentinian meat…yum, that looks so appetizing, did you guys try some of his? or hers? the 3rd place woman. don’t know if there’s argentinian meat available in Antibes or around….i guess i just have to wait ’til i visit you guys there

h yea Argentine beef is by far the best, nothing I’ve had state side even compares, once just to see if it would work I cut up my steak with a spoon, so tender, so good!
